안면근육 - 얼굴의 근육들 (Facial muscles)

사실 오늘 소개드릴 얼굴의 근육들은 표현을 위한 근육들입니다. 표정근이죠. 인간이 사회적 관계를 통한 무리생활을 하면서 발달한 근육들입니다.

* 신경공급

얼굴 근육들의 신경공급에 대해 알아보겠습니다.

특히 표정근은 모두 안면신경의 분지를 통해 신경을 공급받습니다.

* Orbital group

기시점(origin)	frontal bone medial palpebral ligament lacrimal bone

작용	closes eyelids

* Nasal group

역시나 모두 Facial nerve의 지배를 받습니다.

- Procerus는 코에 가로주름을 만드는 근육입니다.

- nasalis의 가로 부분은 콧구멍을 압축하는 역할을 하고 Alar 부분은 여는 역할을 합니다.

- Depressor Septi Nasi는 코를 아래쪽으로 당깁니다. 그 결과 콧구멍이 열립니다.

* Oral group

기시점(origin)	Maxilla and mandible
정지점(insertion)	Skin around the lips
작용	It is sometimes known as the kissing muscle because it is used to pucker the lips.
신경 공급	Buccal branch of facial nerve

근육 이름	Orbicularis oris
기시점(origin)	from the alveolar processes of maxilla and mandible buccinator crest and temporomandibular joint
정지점(insertion)	in the fibers of the orbicularis oris
작용	The buccinator compresses the cheeks against the teeth and is used in acts such as blowing. It is an assistant muscle of mastication (chewing) and in neonates it is used to suckle.
신경 공급	Buccal branch of facial nerve
